BIOCLEAN
(A Versatile BIO-DEGRADABLE degreaser & cleaner)
Unlike petroleum-based solvents, aqueous cleaners such as BIOCLEAN solutions that are typically non-flammable and contain little or no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which damage the atmosphere. They are safe and effective. Although they clean differently, aqueous cleaners perform as well as solvents. The product is designed to clean through immersion at ambient and heated temperatures. But cleaning can also be enhanced through either ultrasonic, spraying, or agitation.
BIOCLEAN is used for cleaning and degreasing for removal of oil, grease, dirt, grime etc., from Oil Rigs, engines, oil side of heat exchangers, generators, pipes, cleaning vats, online offline compressor cleaning, for removing mould release etc
BIOCLEAN is used for cleaning jobs in industrial and commercial applications. It is ideal for cleaning machinery, shop tools, hoods, parts in process, food processing equipment, office equipment, floors, walls and desks.
BIOCLEAN is specially formulated to clean both ferrous and non ferrous metals.
BIOCLEAN is bio-degradable, Non flammable, Non-Abrasive, Non-Corrosive and Non-toxic.
BIOCLEAN does not attack the metal & plastics. It is water rinsable and leaves no residues. BIOCLEAN does not contain caustic, acid, ketones, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, or other toxic substances.
BIOCLEAN can be used by Dipping, by Spraying & by brushing. The shape and size of the components, the facilities available and the productivity the customer needs will decide the method of use.
BIOCLEAN can be used at Room Temperature (20 Deg C). It can be heated upto 50 deg C for faster and better results.
BIOCLEAN comes in liquid form and can be used as supplied or mixed with water in the required proportion. { Varies from !: 5 to 20 parts of water} The duration of dip or spray depends upon the oil or other impurities on the components. {Make sure that the water used for dilution should have maximum TDS of 300. Even though you can use ordinary water for dilution, Demineralised water is always best suited.}
