Koldblak functions at 20^o+ C. It blackens steel and cast iron components. Cold blackening process is simple and safe to operate and produce high quality results.

Koldblak forms a copper selenide coating, which when sealed with appropriate oil, wax, etc will provide corrosion resistance to the treated components. Comes in liquid and gel form.

SHUTOIL  Reduces friction between flowing concrete and aluform/ ply surfaces, hence eliminating honey combing. Gives smooth concrete finish.

SHUTOIL  is environmental friendly, non-hazardous, having flash point above 140 deg C.

SHUTOIL  is supplied as green/yellowish oil, with specific gravity of  0.84 ± 0.05 at 25⁰ C  and  ready for direct application and use.

SHUTOIL   can be applied by brush, sponge or conventional mould oil-sprayer. Make sure to apply the thinnest coating necessary to achieve effective coverage.

SHUTOIL can be removed by stiff brushing with a good quality detergent and then can be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

SHUTOIL will cover 250-400 sq ft with one lt.

SHUTOIL comes in 210 lts barrels.

GAC GALSHEEN

Enhances the look of  pieces coming straight out of the Hot Dip Galvanizing.

 Forms a nice film, which is both  flexible and hard. 

Totally lead and chromate free. 

 No chlorinated solvents. .   

Shake well before every  spray for uniform result

Apply to a clean degreased, derusted surface for best results

TUFFCOAT

{ Chrome, phosphate free Conversion Coating }

TUFFCOAT   is a chromate & phosphate free conversion coating, specially formulated for mixed-metal applications such as  aluminium extrusions, aluminium, steel, galvanised steel, etc.,  The coating when properly applied   greatly enhance corrosion protection and adhesion of subsequently applied coatings..

TUFFCOAT  is ECO FRIENDLY & very easy to be controlled and maintained. It deposits high-quality zirconium films at low application temperatures.  The very high conversion coating efficiency  ensures the absolute minimum removal of metal during conversion coating, which gives low levels of sludge and long bath life. 

TUFFCOAT   is capable of cleaning the surface and then give the conversion coating in a single stage.  It does not call for a passivation.
