Both Products Securitas & Endurokote gives a non drying rust preventive coating which can be easily removed by solvents or alkali cleaners

Securitas is solvent-based water displacing corrosion preventive formulated to provide exceptional long-term indoor protection. This product deposits a long lasting, thin residual film, which is easily removed using an alkaline cleaner. SECURITAS will provide protection to both ferrous and non-ferrous parts for upto 6-12 months indoor storage.

 

Long term Rust Preventives are used to protect metals which are stored for long.

 

Our product Endurokote is an oil-based, water-displacing corrosion preventive formulated to provide exceptional long-term protection. This product deposits a long lasting oily film that is easily removed using an alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser. It will provide protection to both ferrous and non-ferrous parts for up to 12 months indoor storage. It was developed for dip applications, particularly if water displacing properties are needed. Spraying is acceptable when necessary.

ORPEE - GP

 RUST PREVENTIVE OIL

 

 

ORPEE–GP   is a solvent based, general purpose, corrosion preventive compound.

 

ORPEE–GP   is excellent for short term protection of metallic surfaces against corrosion in either indoor or outdoor exposure like machinery, machine rolls/tools, automatic parts, dies, tubing, and spare parts.

ORPEE–GP   cures to a non staining, honey  colored, waxy, transparent, film.

 

ORPEE–GP   is formulated to be used as supplied.

 

ORPEE–GP   gives very good coverage because of its low viscosity.

 

ORPEE–GP   can be applied  by airless spray or brush or by dipping. Make sure that the surface to be protected is clean, dry and free of rust, oil and other scales.

 

ORPEE–GP   can be removed when not required with mineral spirits or any similar petroleum solvent or hot alkaline wash.

SECURITAS-

SECURITAS displaces water and moisture from steel surfaces, and dries to form a dry-to-touch coating; which affords resistance to corrosion

-        In-between processes;

-        During storage under controlled conditions, and

-        In transit in suitably packed condition.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET - CHAMPION

TEMPORARY RUST PREVENTIVE FLUID, SOLVENT DEPOSITED, HARD-DRY TRANSPARENT FILM, CONFORMING TO IS: 1153: 1975.

CHAMPION is an effective hard-dry film temporary rust preventive fluid for application on and preservation of MACHINED SURFACES, PRECISION SCREWS, BOLTS, ETC. The dried film is virtually transparent. CHAMPION is applied cold, by brushing, dipping or by spraying.

ENDUROKOTE-32

(WATER-DISPLACING RUST PREVENTIVE FLUID)

 

          ENDUROKOTE-32 oil-type rust preventive displaces water and moisture from the metal surfaces, and dries to form a thin, soft-to-touch coating, which affords resistance to corrosion to components made out of Ferrous, Galvanized, and Aluminium metals.

          ENDUROKOTE-32 quickly separates water from metal surfaces. The coating is thin, non-staining and highly protective.        

          ENDUROKOTE-32 protects the components against high humidity, salt water fog, acid fumes as (from pickling baths) etc.

          ENDUROKOTE-32 imparts corrosion-resistance properties for about 18 months when stored under controlled conditions, and 6 to 12 months when stored outdoors. The period specified for outdoor use assumes primary protection from the elements by tarpaulin or other form of cover.
