KLEENSOLV is a specially formulated solvent for multi-purpose industrial and maintenance cleaning. It replaces TCE and other carcinogenic chlorinated solvents. The product is used as a cleaning treatment to remove most greases, oils, lubrication fluids, metal cuttings and fines from all surfaces.

KLEENSOLV evaporates with no residue. It is suitable for use in electrical and communications maintenance as a replacement for 1,1,1-trichloroethane.

KLEENSOLV is suitable for many types of cleaning and degreasing. It can be used as a wipe or immersion bath.

KLEENSOLV is effective at room temperature. Cleaning time and effectiveness will vary based on the contaminant.

KLEENSOLV contains no surfactants and leaves no residue once dried.

KLEENSOLV is flammable and all safety precautions must be taken while handling and storing it.

KLEENSOLV   is   BIODEGRADABLE   AND   NON CARCINOGIC.

SAFESOLV  is a versatile safe solution  for all types of degreasing operations for any industry, to meet all manufacturing, maintenance, inspection and surface preparation needs.

SAFESOLV  is a non-flammable, near odourless alternative to the hazardous solvents. 

SAFESOLV   is used

·       In the  removal of oils, greases, machining fluids, hydraulic fluids, and hydrocarbon-based protective coatings in manufacturing processes.

·       In the degreasing of machinery, components and assemblies during maintenance and repair.

·       In the cleaning  of electrical and electronic equipment

SAFESOLV   is considered NON FLAMMABLE as its Flash Point is around 64 deg C

SAFESOLV   provides a nice working environment for the Personnel because of its low odour.

SAFESOLV   leaves a minimum residue on drying. 

SAFESOLV  can be applied by spray, brush, dip tank or ultrasonic bath.

SAFESOLV   has excellent compatibility with metals and most plastics.

THELNIKAL-SP is specially formulated to effectively remove thin oil, grease and other superficial impurities etc. which are not of the drying type from ferrous surfaces by spraying.

PARAMETER FOR SPRAY PROCESS: Concentration 20 Kgs. of chemical dissolved in water for every 1000 litre bath working volume. Dwell time 120 to 180 seconds. It works between Room Temperature to 55 deg C.

FEATHER can be used by spray or wipe method. 

Used for removing adamantly adhearing oil, greasy matter, dried/cooked oils etc. Can be used for degreasing both ferrous and non ferrous components.
