Descaler– HYB

{Descaler based on Hydrochloric Acid}

Descaler– HYB is a Hydrochloric Acid based highly active cleaning agent and descaler, blended with corrosion inhibitors and wetting agents.It has a special film forming inhibitor to protect carbon steel, copper, abd brass against acid attack. This inhibitor also helps to enhancxew the effectiveness of the acid..

Descaler– HYB is used as a descaler for either Descalerwater, cooling water or heat exchange systems to dissolve lime scale deposits. Please note that DESCALER – HYB should not be used on stainless steel, aluminium or galvanized surfaces.

Concentration

Descaler– HYB comes as liquid. Descaler– HYB works effectively from 10% to 50% and from room temperature to 80 deg C and circulated for about 4 hours. The accurate concentration will depend on the actual quantity of scale and the nature of scale that is present in the equipment. If the descaling is not complete, refill the boiler and repeat. After it is in use for some time the colour of the chemical will turn to yellow and this indicates that more Descaler HYB should be added. Once when the descaling is satisfactorily completed the equipment should be drained and flushed thoroughly.

Handling

Descaler– HYB and its solutions are strongly acidic. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Read relevant Material Safety Data Sheet before handling this product.

Descaler  SAB is a powdered sulfamic acid blend with corrosion inhibitors and wetting agents designed for cleaning heat transfer surfaces.

Descaler  SAB is used as a descaler for either boiler water, cooling water or heat exchange systems. Descaler  SAB can be used to clean a cooling water system while in operation or the condenser can be isolated. Optimum results are obtained when boiler water is heated to 120-150 F for on-line cleaning.

Concentration

Descaler  SAB comes as powder and so, before use, it has to be dissolved in water. Even though Descaler  SAB works effectively from 3%, the accurate concentration will depend on the actual quantity of scale and the nature of scale that is present in the equipment. Concentration between 3% and 10% is generally recommended.

Limeoff

Limeoff is an exclusive product designed to dissolve the toughest to remove water scale, lime, apart from the other mineral deposits that hinder the performance of important water
systems.

Limeoff is a very safe, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-hazardous, non-corrosive and biodegradable. Hence will not harm either the personnel or equipment or our environment. It has no waste disposal problems. It is used at room temperature so there is no need to work with a heated solution.

Limeoff is a very powerful cleaner and keeps the cooling passages free of mineral deposits and thereby significantly improves efficiency and extends the useful life of the equipment. As the cleaning is being done by circulating, there is no need for labor intensive dismantling of the equipment. The cleaning operation is done within 4 hours. The dilution depends on the amount of scale build up, but the normal dilution is 50% with water.

Limeoff is compatible with most of the metals. The only metals to be concerned with are galvanized/zinc, magnesium and aluminum. ( of course some aluminium alloys are compatible – which should be checked). When the chemical is circulated to bring the solution in contact with the accumulated minerals, the reaction results in a slight foaming or bubbling action, indicating the deposits are actually dissolving into solution. Simply flush them away with water.

Limeoff

Has a pH between 1 - 1.2 has no flash point, does not support combustion and has a boiling point above 100 deg C.

Do not reuse the product; as it will not be as effective.
