BIOCLEAN range of products is the latest chemical formulations designed to be environmentally safe at the same time perform effectively in cleaning the surfaces and in the removal of paints, and other coatings. BIOCLEAN range is an excellent choice for the replacement of hazardous solvents. BIOCLEAN works at room temperature; when heated it performs faster. BIOCLEAN under most conditions will not affect the pre treatment coating such as ZINC PLATING or GALVANIZATION. BIOCLEAN is non-alkaline, with a flash point of 220 deg F.  BIOCLEAN has a low odor. BIOCLEAN-VC is specially formulated to remove oil, grease, and mild rust from metal parts.  It is also capable of removing oil and water based paints, ink and adhesives.  It is typically used in many maintenance applications such as floor and equipment cleaning.  Can be diluted with water and kept in bottles for easy to use light production clean up.

BIOCLEAN-PR is an effective & safe Paint Remover, capable of removing E-coat, High temperature and hybrid powder coating systems. It does not dissolve or emulsify the contaminate, it actually delaminates the coating from the substrate.  This allows easy filtration of the chemical.  As a result BIOCLEAN PR can be used over and over, minimizing chemical costs and waste disposal costs to a fraction.  Also evaporation cost is very very minimal.

BIOCLEAN-PRG the Paint Remover in GEL form, is the latest specialized chemical formulation to perform effectively in the removal of excess contamination from vertical surfaces. BIOCLEAN-PRG exhibits an extremely high viscosity and therefore is very effective in adhering to vertical suspensions. It is so designed to remove heavy build up applications of paint, varnish, inks, adhesives, coatings and other water and oil based systems.  It is a safe alternative to aircraft strippers and other hazardous solvent based cleaners.

BIOCLEAN HD   is designed for removal of heavy oil, grease and crude.  Best suited in the shipping industry where the oil removal is very difficult and essential.

BIOCLEAN MP the top class formulation is a highly concentrated solvent designed to be used in various types of cleaning equipment.  It replaces almost every solvent like, Trichloroethylene, MDC, Acetone, IPA, MEK, Toluene, Xylene etc...  Used for removal of Powder coating, epoxy, Polyurethane coating, Mold release, Graffiti removal, Lead paint, spray gun cleaner etc.,

SAFEWASH: is a cleaner and inhibitor for machined ferrous and non ferrous components for using in Hot Washing machine etc.,

Pickling is the removal of any high temperature scale and any adjacent low chromium layer of metal from the surface of stainless steel by chemical means. The lower chromium content gives lower corrosion resistance. To restore the best corrosion resistant performance, the damaged metal layer must be removed, exposing a fully alloyed stainless steel surface. Pickling solutions also remove contaminants such as ferrous and ferric oxide particles. All pickling operations result in metal removal, and the outcome is therefore to some degree a dulling of the visual brightness and perhaps also a significant reduction in dimensions.

For components which can be dipped you can use liquid PICLKER SS.

PICKLER SS also comes as paste form. It is a very convenient method for pickling Stainless Steel. This is a prepared mix in a stiff paste which enables it to be applied to small areas and to vertical or even overhanging surfaces. It is especially useful for pickling to remove heat tint following welding, the underlying chromium depleted layer as well as residual slag in 10-45 minutes. 

If passivation is not carried out, stainless steel can rust due to surface free iron, and since chlorides are also often absorbed from the atmosphere, some ferric chloride will be produced. Prolonged contact with ferric chloride will eventually initiate pitting and crevice corrosion on the stainless steel surface.

PASSIFYER SS enhances the passivation process in a more uniform manner to restore the chrome oxide film and help to prevent future corrosion following installation of the fabricated product. It is used at room temperature, as supplied or can be diluted with one part of water.  The time duration varies from  30 minutes to 60 minutes.

PASSIFYER SS  also comes both in liquid and paste form.
