Detackall

{Very effective denaturing - waste paint solids}

 

Detackall is  an alkaline formulation,  liquid preparation, to be used as an additive for the water treatment in the spray booths.  It is very effective where mixed paints are used . The effect of Detackall on the over sprayed paint,  make sure that the washing chambers, plates and pipe work  of  the  spray  booth  require  less  frequent  cleaning  and  the  over sprayed paint  will  float  in  a  conventional denatured non - sticky form for easy removal. 

Whenever you start a fresh bath make sure that you clean the booth and the sludge pit thoroughly.  Fill the booth tank with fresh industrial water and start the circulation.  Detackallis then added to the turbulent area of the reservoir at 1-2 litres per 1000 lts of water in the tank. This addition will give a pH of around 10.  This pH will start dropping from the time the paint over spray is mixed with that.

To get the best performance of Detackall the pH must be maintained between the range of 9-10.  To maintain the pH, regular replenishments should be made. Its normally assumed that there will be a 40% overspray paint contamination in the  booth  water. The recommended doses are @ 3-5 % of spray viscosity paints consumption.

DETACKALL formulation  is well suited to be used  with  automatic dosing system which may in turn be  linked to an electronic pH or conductivity meter.

GUARDTACK Liquid, cationic coagulant/detackifier for Paint Spray Booth applications.
GUARDTACK is a liquid cationic coagulant which detackifies or “kills” over-sprayed paint in wet paint spray booth systems.  The unique combination of primary actives in this product detackifies today’s paints by chemically attacking the paint resin and by encapsulation of broken down paint particles.
GUARDTACK can be used to detackify a wide variety of paints including high solids, solvent based paints, urethanes, acrylics, two-pack epoxies, alkyd enamels and waterborne formulations.    

DELAM is a water based peelable booth coating that protects booth walls, lights, and other surfaces against paint over spray. It forms a clear, dry film which acts as a barrier between the wet paint over spray and the surrounding areas.

The coating is Non tacky, non flammable & non toxic.

While using the paint by spray, the  paint delivery systems tend to accumulate deposits in the course of their use, and such deposits can decrease, and even block, the flow of paint there through.  WE have paint line cleaners to solve this problem.

The support hooks carry the parts racks through the paint line enclosures. Over a period, the hooks become coated with paint. With electrostatic painting systems, the paint build up on the carriers interferes with the electric current flow. This may result in improper paint adhesion. The carriers must be removed and cleaned at regular intervals. We have the right product for it.

TEEBEECEE is Water based tacky coating. TEEBEECEE is a clear aqueous solution of resins and tackifiers specially formulated for application to spray booth walls by brush or spray. The film does not completely dry out at ambient temperature, and it has a tacky surface which collects and holds dust thus greatly assisting in keeping the spray booth area free of airborne particles. When contaminated with dust or overspray, the tacky surface coating can easily be washed off with water or pressure washer.
