Stripeaze a very effective chemical for stripping cured paint films; whether liquid paints synthetic enamel, nitro- cellulose, or lacquers or powder coatings. It is based on chlorinated solvents and acids. It can be used by both dip process and by brushing.

Aquastrip is a specially formulated, water based paint remover for the cost effective and environment friendly paint removal of paints and coatings such as epoxies and urethane materials from concrete, aluminum and other non ferrous alloys, wood, and masonry substrates.

Aquastrip effectively removes latex, alkyd, acrylic paints, and many other high performance coatings such as two component epoxy and urethane. This product contains no known carcinogens, methylene chloride or other chlorinated solvents.

Aquastrip will even remove powder coating with ease

Aquastrip is a molecule expanding formula, It delaminates the paint film by lifting the coating. Aquastrip is a low volatility paint strip; this means that instead of evaporating rapidly it remains on surfaces to lift and soften the paint. Aquastrip removes more paint in fewer applications than methylene chloride containing paint strippers. Since it is water-soluble, cleans up is easily.

Aquastrip is ideal for use as a paint strip in mines, petrochemical plants, pulp and paper mills, other industrial plants, homes, and other areas where abrasive blast cleaning and removal is not an option because of environment or worker safety concerns.
Aquastrip is formulated to achieve optimum results when used as is. It comes as liquid and in Gel form. Aquastrip Gel has the right consistency to be applied to vertical and long surfaces with ease.

CLASSICOAT is a handy brushable rust remover. It

• Removes thin wet films of oil, grease etc.
• Removes rust from steel components, especially machined surfaces of cast iron and forged components, reinforcement steel rods, slotted angles, ERW tubes etc. used in bus body construction etc.
• Forms a complex phosphate coating, which retards, to a remarkable degree, formation of rust.

Bioclean O2

(A Bio-degradable cleaner & degreaser for oxygen services)

Unlike petroleum-based solvents, aqueous cleaners such as Bioclean solutions that are typically non-flammable and contain little or no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which damage the atmosphere. Although they clean differently, aqueous cleaners perform as well as solvents. The product is designed to clean through brush at ambient and heated temperatures. But cleaning can be enhanced through spraying.

Bioclean O2 is bio-degradable.

Bioclean O2 is non flammable.

BIOCLEAN O2 does not attack any metal & plastics.

BIOCLEAN O2 does not contain caustic, ketones, or other toxic substances.

Bioclean O2 can be used at Room Temperature (20 Deg C). It can be heated upto 50 deg C for faster and better results.

Bioclean O2 comes in liquid form and can be mixed with water according to the area of application and the amount and type of contaminants that is to be removed.

Normally it is diluted as 4 parts of water to 1 part of Bioclean O2

If used by dip method, an air agitation will enhance the performance of the Bioclean O2 A spray process will give excellent results.

Bioclean O2 is bio degradable and provides an excellent work environment and does not pollute the air.

1. Fill up the tank with water to about half of the intended working volume.
2. Calculate how many litres of thelnikal-ab will be needed to make up the bath solution at the rate of 10-15 litres of thelnikal-ab for every 100 litres working volume; get the required volume of the chemical.
3. Add thelnikal-ab to the water, slowly, and keep stirring the water in the tank to ensure proper mixing.
4. Finally, after the entire quantity of thelnikal-ab chemical has mixed in the water, add more water to bring the bath solution to working level.
5. The bath chemical may now be used at room temperature, or heated upto 50 deg. C.

After the bath has been in use for some time, some of the impurities which were removed from the components will float in the tank. Skim off the floating oil frequently, so that it will not stick to the component while it is being removed from the tank after degreasing. An oil skimmer may be provided for this purpose. The bath may be used by filtering frequently: say, once in three months.

(Strong Rust Remover Based On Mixture Acids)

Leaves the treated surface in a relatively passivated condition.

Performs at Room Temperature (25 Deg c.).

( Versatile Alkaline Cleaner for Aluminium surfaces by spraying )

Aluclean SP is specially formulated alkaline cleaner for cleaning and degreasing of aluminium surfaces in automotive, architectural and household usages.

After cleaning with Aluclean SP it can be taken for any further treatments.

Bath Preparation:

1. Fill the tank to the operating level with fresh cool water.

2. For every 100 litres of operating tank volume, Add 1- 3 litres of ALUCLEAN SP .

3. Heat the bath to the required temperature which is recommended anywhere between 50 - 80 deg C.

4. Then the spray can be done.

5. The Duration of spray depends upon the impurities and the soiling and varies from 1 to 10 minutes

After cleaning with ALUCLEAN SP the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with clean running water.

The tank holding the bath can be made out of mild steel or SS.

ALUCLEAN SP contains carbonates, borates, phosphates, surfactants and anti foaming agents. There are no toxic substances. The shelf life is two years from the date of manufacture.

Bioclean OSR
{Water based solvent degreaser}

There may be many degreasers meant for cleaning ordinary and not so much oiled surfaces. But there are areas like oil sludge removal, grease etc which are of stronger nature. A chemical of exceptional solvency and efficient cleaning capabilities are required.

Thelnikal LD is specially formulated to effectively remove thin oil, grease etc. Which are not of the drying type from both ferrous & non ferrous surfaces.

Thelnikal LD removes thin wet films which are not of the drying type; the oil film may have accumulated superficial dust and soils, which have settled on the surface in storage.

Bath chemical functions as a 5% solution, in the optimum temperature range of room temperature (20 deg. C) to 60 deg c.

Thelnikal HD is formulated to remove heavy coatings of oil, etc., normally encountered in fabrication of steel sheets.

Thelnikal HD bath chemical functions as a 5% solution, at optimum operating temperature range of 75 ± 5 Deg C.

Duration of dip: Normally about 20 minutes. But, the duration of dip will depend upon the type and degree of superficial contamination on the components. The user industry will know the duration after working a few workloads. The bath chemical should be agitated for satisfactory and quick degreasing.

THELNIKAL-SP is specially formulated to effectively remove thin oil, grease and other superficial impurities etc. which are not of the drying type from ferrous surfaces by spraying.

PARAMETER FOR SPRAY PROCESS: Concentration 20 Kgs. of chemical dissolved in water for every 1000 litre bath working volume. Dwell time 120 to 180 seconds. It works between Room Temperature to 55 deg C.
